Entry:
- Unlimited number of ticket entries per person are allowed.
- Tickets are not tax deductible.
- Winner will be drawn at the November 21, 2009 Raas Chaos event in Washington, DC.
- Winner does NOT need to be present at the November 21st event to win and will be contacted by phone.
Trip Includes:
- Two spaces on the October 17 - 27, 2010 Myths and Mountains group departure.
Travel date is firm: no exemptions or changes to the trip date.
- Two round trip economy class airline tickets
- Shared accommodations as listed in itinerary including all service charges and taxes
- Internal airfare for two
- All ground transfers
- All excursions with expert English-speaking guides
- Entrance fees to museums, temples, etc.
- All meals as indicated in itinerary with B -breakfast, L-lunch, D-dinner
Not Included:
- Insurance coverage including medical, evacuation, baggage loss/delay, cancellation ins., etc.
(can be purchased through Myths and Mountains)
- Visa fees
- Any hotels transiting from the States to Nepal
- Meals where not indicated with a B,L,D
- Tips/gratuity (porters, drivers, local guides, etc)
- Domestic and international airport taxes
- Other items of a personal nature including laundry, alcoholic beverages, etc.
- Additional expenses resulting from the delay or extension of the trip due to causes
beyond our reasonable control
- Additional surcharge for single rooms
Flights:
Passengers will fly economy class, round trip from their choice U.S. departure city to Kathmandu, Nepal. READ Global is responsible for reserving and purchasing the two airline tickets and will consult with the winner to determine flight details.
