READ has been working in rural villages in Nepal since 1991. The 100% success of its READ Centers—lead to READ Global—expanding to India in 2007 and Bhutan in 2008.
The lack of educational, economic, and social resources in rural villages is the single most important root cause of poverty and political instability.
