Shyam Lal

Senior Partner Emeritus, McKinsey & Company

Shyam is a board member and advisor for a number of private equity and venture-backed growth companies. He is also a Senior Partner Emeritus at McKinsey & Company, where he spent almost 30 years. He has been on the boards of the Asian Art Museum, the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and on the advisory board for the MMM Program at Northwestern University. He has BS and MS degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and Penn State and an MBA from the University of Chicago. His wife, Rami Randhawa, is a dedicated volunteer for Bay’s Annual Fund and Parent Guardian Association. Their daughter is an alum of the Bay Class of 2016.
