Era is a development practitioner, working closely with civil society organizations at the forefront of building social movements for the rights of marginalized communities, particularly women, children, persons with disabilities, and intersectional identities. Her expertise spans across the areas of organization development and managing development programs. She has collaborated with organizations in South Asia/Asia- Pacific region and Africa including READ Nepal for program evaluations; designing development intervention frameworks; strategic planning; human resource management and capacity building.
