READ’s work is built on long-term strategic partnerships with communities, schools, local governments, civil society organizations, donors, and youth leaders. These partnerships are central to READ’s community-led model to ensure programs are locally relevant, inclusive, and sustainable.

At the community level, READ works closely with local Library Management Committees, volunteers, parents, schools and local government who help guide the operation and evolution of READ Centers. Community members contribute leadership, governance, volunteer time, and local knowledge, helping ensure Centers remain trusted, locally owned institutions.
